Urban survival training for men and women. The key elements of these classes are awareness of surroundings, practiced situational control, and safe escape. When these three are no longer an option then pre-emption and continuous attack are employed which opens the door to escape.

We study the game plan created by Lee Morrison, founder of Urban Combatives. The ideas and skills found in Urban Combatives have been tried and proven to work in real fight situations. It is all about proper mindset and then conditioning and training some basic weapon skills such as palm strikes, elbow strikes, hammer fists, knees, and slaps.
